Insurance
At Theravet we pride ourselves in keeping our prices as low as possible and we are involved in assisting a number of charities. Pets really are our priority.
For those fortunate enough to have insurance - we are fully qualified and accredited professionals, which means the majority of our services are covered by the majority of pet insurance companies. In some cases we are happy to process direct claims for treatment. However, if you are intending to claim your treatment costs back, or ask us to claim direct, you must check with your own insurers that you are sufficiently covered. We are unable to check this for you and any treatment undertaken which is not covered by insurance is the responsibility of the client to pay. There is sometimes an excess to pay on complementary and alternative treatments and always a limit as to what can be claimed. Please check your own policies!
